University of New Hampshire James Hall $25.5 million, 75,000 sf restoration of historic 1920s classroom building to create state-of-the-art science laboratory and classroom space; scope of work includes a complete interior renovation, installation of energy-efficient M/E/P systems to support lab work, and all new site utilities; work includes 30,000 sf addition of teaching classrooms, wet and dry labs, and a clean room; challenges include working in the heart of operational campus with a main pedestrian thoroughfare adjacent to the site; project is targeting LEEDŽ Certification
