Stuart Meurer
Project Executive
|
As Project Executive, Stuart Meurer provides continuity of leadership between the pre-construction and construction phase, and is responsible for the oversight of the entire office and field team involved in the James Hall restoration and renovation. During construction, he will manage all the business aspects of the project, keeping the University of New Hampshire continually updated on the schedule and budget progress of the project.
In addition to UNH, Stuart has worked on the campuses of Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Phillips Exeter Academy, and Wheelock College, along with working on residential restoration projects on Beacon Hill. Stuart has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.

Scott Harrington
Sr. Project Manager
|
As Project Manager, Scott is responsible for the daily oversight of our field and office team. He serves as the main client contact for UNH, managing all the business aspects of the pre-construction and construction phases, including budgeting, value engineering, contracts, scheduling, logistics, pricing, and implementation.
Scott’s previous experience includes multiple laboratory jobs at Harvard University, as well as projects at MIT, Philips Exeter Academy, and New England Baptist Hospital. Scott has a B.S. in Construction Management Technology, with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Maine.

Parviz Tabrizi
Superintendent
|
As Project Superintendent, Parviz is Shawmut’s full-time site supervisor of all trades during the James Hall restoration and renovation. He works directly with Project Managers Scott Harrington and the project engineers to implement the schedule, manage the support field staff, ensure all field operations are on schedule, and make certain that all work on site corresponds with the quality assurance/quality control programs established for the project.
Parviz has successfully completed projects for many schools, including Harvard University, Boston College, and Berklee College of Music. Parviz holds an A.D. in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Christopher DiMare
Senior Estimator
|
As Senior Estimator, Chris ensures that the UNH project team has a complete, accurate estimate of the project costs throughout pre-construction. He works closely with the core team, project advisors, and the project designers and engineers. He is involved in all budgeting and pricing, managing all estimators to ensure accurate and timely budgets, providing value engineering recommendations, and providing cost studies for alternate systems and materials.
Chris has extensive experience working with academic construction, with previous clients including Brown University, Bryant University, Harvard University, Phillips Exeter Academy, and Rhode Island School of Design. He has a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
